Step 1: Customize the Email Template
Go to the system administration section to edit the Voter Invitation Email template. Make sure the text communicates the online voting process clearly and is easy for voters to understand.

Multilingual Organizations: The default email texts are automatically translated into the voters' predefined language. For multilingual organizations, we recommend adding the required texts in different languages sequentially in the custom text field. Separate the languages with paragraphs by using the code "</br></br>". This ensures the paragraph breaks are correctly displayed in the email.
Step 2: Invite Voters
Use the customized template to inform voters about the upcoming election. This email should include all relevant information, such as the election date and participation instructions. We also recommend embedding our video guide for voters:
