1. Selection and collection of products in the shopping cart; correcting the product selection

On our website https://nemovote.com you can select the service package you want from the range of products we offer. If you click on the "Book now" button, you will be redirected to our booking platform https://book.nemovote.com. There you can collect the service package you want in a virtual shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button. You can open and review the items in the cart at any time via the icon link with the shopping cart symbol. There, you can remove the selected products in the shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "X" field or change the quantity of an item by changing the quantity and then clicking on the "Update cart" button.

2. Entering your data / Registration; selecting the payment method

Clicking the button "Proceed to checkout" will take you to the next page. Here you can choose whether you want to register with us as a new customer or pay without creating an account. If you are already registered, you can log in here with your email address or your user name and password. Please note: The conclusion of a subscription plan with us is only possible if you are a registered customer.

In a second step, you can enter or check your billing address and select your preferred payment method.

We offer you the following payment methods: credit card, SEPA direct debit, SOFORT Überweisung, Giropay or bank transfer. You make your selection by clicking on the selection box in front of the respective payment method.

The page is at the same time an overview of your data, the items you have placed in the shopping basket and the costs you will incur. Please check that all the details are correct. By clicking the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for the goods in the shopping basket at this point in time and send your order to us.

3. Order confirmation

For your information, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order, which contains an overview of your order; this email does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but serves solely to inform you that we have received your order.

4. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of our services on our websites https://nemovote.com and https://book.nemovote.com does not constitute a binding offer on our part. With your order, you submit a binding offer to us. When a contract is concluded between you and us depends on the payment method you choose:

  • If you choose the payment option "credit card", a contract is concluded between you and us when you have completed the payment process with the respective payment service provider.

  • If you choose the payment option "SEPA direct debit", a contract is concluded with us after you have entered your account details for carrying out the direct debit procedure in the input mask and have completed the payment process.

  • If you choose the payment option "SOFORT Überweisung", a contract is concluded between you and us once you have completed the payment process with the payment service provider Sofort.

  • If you choose the payment option "Giropay", a contract is concluded between you and us if you have completed the payment process with your payment service provider.

  • If you choose the payment option "Bank transfer", a contract is concluded between us with our request to pay the purchase price.

5. Payment methods

When ordering via our website, we offer you the following options to pay for the services:

5.1. Payment by credit card

If you have selected the "credit card" option during the ordering process, enter your credit card details in the corresponding input mask. The payment will then be executed by your payment service provider.

5.2. SEPA direct debit

If you have selected the "SEPA direct debit" option during the ordering process, enter your account details in the input mask provided for this purpose after the ordering process. Your account will be debited after submitting the order.

5.3. SOFORT Überweisung

If you have selected the "SOFORT-Überweisung" option during the ordering process, a form will be displayed immediately after you have completed your order, in which you simply enter your bank code/BIC. Then enter the data you use for your online banking account. Please follow the instructions when entering your bank details. You confirm the order by entering the TAN of your bank.

5.4. Giropay

If your bank participates in the online payment procedure Giropay, you will be redirected to the online banking of your bank or savings bank when paying from the online shop. Here you log in with your access data. After logging in, you will be shown a bank transfer containing all the data of your purchase in the online shop (including invoice amount, reason for payment, bank details). To make the transfer, enter your TAN. You will receive a confirmation of the successful payment immediately afterwards.

5.5. Payment by bank transfer

If you have selected the option "bank transfer" during the ordering process, we will send you our account details by email after a contract has been concluded between you and us with the request to transfer the agreed total amount to our account. The payment is due immediately. When making the transfer, please state the purpose of use stated in the email so that we can allocate your transfer.

6. Storage of the contract

We store the text of the contract and send you the contract documents by email. If you have registered with us as a customer, you can also view your order on our website after logging in.

7. Liability for defects

All products that you can order from us are subject to the statutory liability for defects, unless otherwise stipulated in our General Terms and Conditions.
