Premium Features

NemoVote runs in the Web browser of the client. All modern browsers and devices are supported. No downloads or extra apps are needed. The onboarding and set up of NemoVote for the administrator is very easy. Voters can be uploaded in bulk using a simple spread sheet. The passwords for the voters can be automatically generated in the app and send out simultaneously with the included bulk email service. NemoVote offers a powerful user management: You can adjust your voting rights at any time (except for an ongoing vote of course); new voters can be easily added or removed from the voter lists.

NemoVote has all the features that you might need for your elections and for replicating your voting system. On this page we will give you an overview of the most important features.

Voting Features

In the user management you can add or remove voters, change emails or passwords, send out automatic emails and upload as many voters as you need with only a few clicks. Furthermore, you can edit the vote weight of each voter if required by your voting system and much more.

Advanced User Management

Want to ask and answer questions? Communicate together with broadcast messages. As administrator you can use the broadcast function to send links or messages during the meeting directly to all your members with the broadcast function. It will automatically pop up in the NemoVote app for them.

Use the vote description to establish candidate profiles. You can even add pictures for more information. As Voter you can easily identify what the vote is about. Each ballot includes an optional vote description. The vote description can be edited with a rich text editor. This enables you to not only add and style the text that will appear with your ballot but also to include images or links. You can also use this to add candidate profiles to your election.

You want to welcome the voters with your Agenda? Customize the page with pictures and text. Voters tend to like the greet. Customize the voter landing page with the included rich text editor. Add text and media regarding to your event on this page. This will be the first page that a voter sees after the login.

You might want to share additional information when you invite a voter. Customize the invitation email with pictures and text. NemoVote allows you to send and manage emails with automatic generated passwords and links. Check the delivery status of each email directly in the app. You can also customize and edit the invitation email that your voters will receive. Great to share more information with your voters.

If you don’t need a subscription but have recurring events and want to keep your data in NemoVote and also for your voters to keep their passwords and logins, for a small fee, the data will be kept stored on the secure NemoVote voting servers, ready to be activated again when you need it. Data retention is charged annually and needs to be renewed to remain active.

Don't do all the work alone. Add as many staff as administrators as you need at no extra cost. NemoVote is only charged by the number of voters, not by the number of administrators. To preserve the integrity of the ballot, administrators cannot have voting rights in NemoVote.

Multiple Administrators

It’s not always blue or red. Voters might need to vote for both. As administrator you can set the vote up as you need it. NemoVote offers both single and multiple choice ballots. More advanced options, such a minimum/maximum number of choices is also available. This helps you to create exactly the ballots that you need for your vote.

Not able to attend the vote? Just inform your administrator on who should proxy for you. As administrator set up a voter list for proxy votes and add them to your vote. NemoVote offers several options to implement proxy votes i.e. someone giving their voting right to another person. This way a person can carry more than one voting right and you can set up the voter roll exactly according to your bylaws.

Get voting results in an instant. Either live as the vote is open, or as soon as the vote is closed. Set the vote up as private as you need it to be. Open & close votes and access results in real time. All votes can be prepared, edited both during the event and also in advance. Perfect for assemblies or AGMs. You can exactly specify when and to whom the results will be accessible according to your needs.

Realtime Results

Your quorum might require a set of voters. Check who is online with the roll call function. With this function you can check live who is logged in and "present" in the app. This enables you to both check if all your voters managed to log in and also to directly assess if e.g. your statutory quorum for a vote is reached.

Unlimited Voter Lists

We do not limit the way you vote. Neither should you. Have as many votes as needed in the defined time. With NemoVote you can host as many votes as you need. You only pay for the number of voters and can host unlimited ballots during the time of your votes.

The voter batch upload enables you to upload a large number of voters with just a few clicks. You can copy your voter roll for example from an existing spread sheet. You don’t have to worry about passwords. NemoVote can generate them automatically for all voters and send them out simultaneously when needed.
